Every machine's own baseline

We don't compare your motor against a catalogue: we measure how it behaves when it's healthy, and from there what matters is the deviation. Two identical machines under different loads have different thresholds.

Vibration, temperature and current together

All three signals on the same time axis. A current spike that lines up with a vibration signature says far more than either one alone.

Alerts with severity, not just alarms

The anomaly arrives graded by how far it sits from normal, so maintenance can tell what gets handled today from what goes into this month's plan.

Non-invasive and reversible sensing

Sensors mount on the outside: the machine isn't opened, no warranty is lost and everything can be removed without a trace. That's why trying it on your most critical asset isn't an irreversible decision.

What people ask about condition monitoring

What is condition monitoring and what does it prevent?

It's the continuous measurement of a machine's condition — vibration, temperature, consumption — to catch the anomaly before the failure. On a mill or a conveyor, that's the difference between scheduled maintenance and an unplanned stop of the whole operation.

Do you have to open the machine to install the sensors?

No. The sensing is peripheral and non-invasive: it measures from the outside and it's reversible. The machine loses no warranty.

How long until it's useful?

Measurement starts the day it's installed. Detection by deviation first needs to learn the machine's normal behaviour, so the real value shows up once there's history to compare against.
