The platform

Six modules, one dataset, one account

Kinnil isn't six products talking to each other through integrations: it's one platform where production data feeds maintenance and equipment condition explains the OEE. Turn on what you need today and add the rest without installing anything again.

How it works

This is how Kinnil connects to your plant

We can connect your PLC straight to our platform, without entering your network, without construction — from the machine's signal to your phone.

YOUR MACHINE01

Any equipment, with or without a PLC

  • Current · Vibration · Temperature
  • Pressure · RPM
  • PLC · MODBUS TCP/IP
  • RS485 · Analog signals
NIDUS02

Gateway with on-site (edge) intelligence

  • Direct connection to your PLC
  • Processes at the plant · runs offline
  • Doesn't use your internet · own 4G channel
  • Optional control: stop / start
AWS CLOUD03

Certified infrastructure

  • End-to-end encryption
  • Data: yours, period
  • Role-based access
  • ISO 9001:2015
YOUR TEAM04

Any device, unlimited users

  • 24/7 dashboards · Andon
  • WhatsApp · SMS · Email
  • PDF / Excel reports
  • ERP integration

Typical installation: 1 day per machine, without stopping your production. Only physical requirement: a 120 V power outlet.

Why one platform instead of four vendors

What changes when everything runs on the same data

Three of the reasons a director weighs before signing, applied to the platform decision.

Everything in one platform

Production + maintenance + condition. The alternatives sell you pieces; here production data feeds maintenance, and vice versa.

Pay per machine, not per person

Unlimited users. Your whole team sees the data without the bill growing with every login.

Grows with you

From one machine to the whole plant; from OEE to maintenance, energy and AI. Without starting over.

Frequently asked questions

What people ask when evaluating the platform

Do I have to buy all six modules?

No. They're turned on to match your needs and you only pay for what you use. The usual path is to start with OEE on the line or machine that hurts most, then add maintenance, condition or energy once the data is already flowing — no new hardware, no starting over.

Does each module need its own hardware?

No. The same Nidus gateway and the same sensing feed all of them. That's why adding a module is a software decision, not a new project: the signal is already in the platform.

How many users can I add?

As many as you want. The bill grows per machine measured, not per person connected: production, maintenance, quality and management all see the same dashboard without moving the cost.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how many machines and which modules you need. In a 30-minute session we size it with you — book a demo and we'll present it with your case worked out.

The next step

It's not about buying anything.
It's about measuring your most problematic machine.

Kinnil Pilot · 30 days

We install on 1–2 machines, measure your real baseline and present the findings with your own data. Success criteria agreed from day one.
