We're not an app that showed up at the plant. We come from the plant
Kinnil is PID Electronics' product. Before the platform existed there were floor visits, open cabinets and mills nobody was measuring. That's what sits behind every product decision.
Where it comes from
Hardware first, software after
PID Electronics has spent years doing industrial instrumentation in Mexico. Kinnil was born out of one constant across every visit: the data the customer needed in order to decide already existed inside the machine, but it never came out — or it came out late, aggregated and keyed in by hand.
That's why the platform arrives with its own hardware instead of demanding your machines 'already have' sensors, and why the sensing is non-invasive and reversible: a plant can't stop so somebody can test an idea.
The team is in Mexico. Visits are on site, support answers in your hours and your language, and the operation is certified under ISO 9001:2015 on AWS infrastructure.
