Production monitoring that exposes every minute of downtime

Real-time OEE, andon system and downtime causes for manufacturing plants — on any machine, old or new, with or without a PLC. Installed in days, without stopping your production.

The pains we solve

If this sounds like your plant, Kinnil is for your plant

Downtime with no cause on record

The shift produces less than capacity promises and nobody knows exactly where the difference went. Kinnil logs every stop with its cause, automatically.

OEE computed by hand — and late

Spreadsheets filled at the end of the shift don't change decisions. Real-time OEE does: availability, performance and quality by the minute, machine by machine.

The andon never reaches the decision maker

The red light is useless if the supervisor is in a meeting. Kinnil alerts arrive via WhatsApp, SMS and email the moment the event happens — with cause and machine.

The modules that do the work

Turn them on to match your operation — you only pay for what you use.

KINNIL OEE

Production in real time

Availability, performance and quality with the real causes behind every stop.

KINNIL MTTO

Maintenance

MTTA, MTTR, MTBF, logs and recurring-failure analysis.

KINNIL CM

Equipment condition

Vibration, temperature, consumption. Catch the anomaly before the failure.

KINNIL DAQ

Data acquisition

Reads 32+ variables from your PLCs and turns them into alerts and reports.

Already in operation

15–20% more productivity

Plants like Siegwerk, GCC, FAMA, Novamex and EZ AIR already run their lines on Kinnil.

Frequently asked questions

What manufacturing plants ask

What is OEE and why measure it in real time?

OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) combines availability, performance and quality into a single number: how much of your installed capacity becomes good product. Measuring it in real time — not in Friday's spreadsheet — is what lets you act on a stop while it's happening instead of lamenting it in the meeting.

What is an andon system?

It's the mechanism that warns the moment a machine stops or drifts out of parameter. In Kinnil the andon is digital: plant dashboards plus alerts via WhatsApp, SMS and email, with the event's cause included.

Does it work with my old machines or without a PLC?

Yes — that's our ideal case. Non-invasive peripheral sensors: we read current, vibration and vision without touching the machine, which keeps every warranty intact.

How long until my line is measuring?

Under 2 weeks for a typical line; 1 day per machine in simple installations. Without stopping your production.

The next step

It's not about buying anything.
It's about measuring your most problematic machine.

Kinnil Pilot · 30 days

We install on 1–2 machines, measure your real baseline and present the findings with your own data. Success criteria agreed from day one.
