The entry point for all industrial data. Connect and communicate with any plant equipment regardless of brand or protocol.
What does Kinnil DAQ do?
Kinnil DAQ connects and communicates with different plant equipment and systems — regardless of brand or protocol.
PLCs
Siemens, Allen-Bradley, and more
Sensors
Analog or digital sensors
Measurement Instruments
Temperature, flow, pressure, etc.
Existing Systems
SCADA or MES systems
Standardized Format
Converts all data types
Cloud Integration
Sends to Kinnil platform
Secure & Reliable
AWS certified infrastructure
How does it work?
Capture
Collects real-time readings from multiple sources via network, Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, etc.
Normalize
Translates all incoming data into a common format for other modules to interpret.
Send
Transmits information to the Kinnil cloud or local server securely.
Feed
Kinnil CM, OEE, and MTTO modules use data to analyze condition, efficiency, and maintenance.
Practical Example
A vibration sensor connected to a PLC sends data to Kinnil DAQ, which collects and forwards it to Kinnil CM.
If the system detects abnormal vibration, Kinnil MTTO receives an alert to initiate a maintenance order.
At the same time, Kinnil OEE uses that information to reflect the loss of availability caused by the downtime or failure.
Key Benefits
Integration
Heterogeneous equipment into a single platform
Real-Time Data
Without manual intervention
Scalability
From a single machine to full production plant
Traceability
Full production process visibility
